Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from REMAX Jareed Properties' systems at any time. We will process your request within 14 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

            What gets deleted: Your name, contact details, lead form submissions, communication history, and any information collected via Facebook Lead Ads or our landing pages. Aggregated/anonymized analytics data may be retained for business reporting purposes.
        

How to Request Data Deletion

1 Send an email to our data team

Send your deletion request to:

2 Include the following information

Your full name (as submitted in any lead form)
Mobile number associated with your inquiry
Email address (if any was provided)
Approximate date of your last interaction (optional)
Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

3 Verify your identity

We may reply to confirm your identity by sending a verification code to your registered mobile number or email. This protects you from unauthorized deletion of your records.

4 Confirmation

You will receive an email confirming the deletion within 14 days. After deletion:

Your personal data is permanently removed from our active systems
You will no longer receive communications from REMAX Jareed Properties
Backups containing your data are purged in our next scheduled backup cycle (typically within 30 days)

Important Notes

Legal retention: If we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g., signed contracts, tax records), we will inform you which information cannot be deleted and why.
Facebook data: If your data was originally collected via Facebook Lead Ads, please also review Facebook's data deletion process for any data Facebook may retain independently.
Free of charge: Data deletion requests are processed free of charge.
Cooling-off period: If you change your mind within 7 days of submission, you may withdraw your deletion request by replying to our confirmation email.
