1. Services
We provide real estate brokerage, listing, search, valuation support, buyer and seller representation, referrals, and recruitment information. Services may require separate written agreements.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information. Do not submit another person’s data without authority.
3. Property information
Prices, availability, specifications, images, and plans can change. Verify material facts, ownership documents, measurements, fees, and final terms before relying on a listing.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, scrape protected data, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, impersonate others, or use content unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
RE/MAX marks belong to their respective owners. Site content belongs to RE/MAX Jareed or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or decisions made without independent verification. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
